Deactivate an Agent Website and take it offline
If you need to take an agent website offline you can still keep the agent profile in your account. Follow these steps to deactivate an agent website.
- Sign in to your CRIBFLYER admin panel
- Navigate to the Agents section from your dashboard
- Select the agent whose website you want to deactivate
- Navigate to the Deactivate screen from the agent's website menu
- Choose whether or not you want to downgrade your agent website subscription qty.
- Click the Deactivate button
What Happens When You Deactivate an Agent Website
- The website will no longer be accessible to the public
- Anyone attempting to visit the site will see a message indicating the website is unavailable
- The agent profile remains in your system with all its settings and information preserved
- All customizations, assigned properties, and settings remain intact
- Analytics and tracking for the site will be paused during the deactivation period
- If the agent has a custom domain name assigned to their website, the domain will remain registered until its expiration date.
Please Note: If you want to permanently remove an agent along with their website you'll need to use the Delete Agent feature instead.
