Does CRIBFLYER support commercial properties?

Yes, you can create a single property website for a commercial property such as a warehouse, office building, retail space or storefront.

Since the property fields are geared towards residential listings by default, you'll just want to adjust a few display settings so the website fits a commercial property:

1) Navigate to the Price, Features, Status screen and set the Beds & Baths display option to Don't display Beds/Baths. (you'll need to click the Display Options link to reveal this field)

2) Set the Property Type, Building Size and Lot Size / Property Size fields as desired. Any fields you leave blank won't display on the website.

3) Enter something descriptive in the Architectural Style field such as: Warehouse, Office or Retail.

Also note that you control which agents are displayed on the website. You can assign yourself, or add and display a different listing agent — even one from another company. See: Can I add an agent from another company to my property website?
