Photos are a crucial element of your property website. High-quality images showcase your property's best features and help attract potential buyers. The Photos section in your CRIBFLYER admin panel allows you to upload, organize, and manage all the images that appear on your property website.
- Log in to your CRIBFLYER account
- Navigate to the Properties section in your admin panel
- Select the desired property and click Photos on the right-side menu
Upload Photos
- Click the Upload Photos button to add new images
- You can upload up to 48 photos in each batch
- Your can upload up to 200 photos per property
- Recommended specifications:
- At least 1600 pixels wide
- Between 3MB and 10MB in size
- Recommended formats: JPG, PNG, WEBP
- CRIBFLYER automatically optimizes your photos for web and mobile devices via our image content delivery network
Organize Photos
- Drag and drop photos to change their display order
- The first photo in the sequence will be used as the featured image on your property listing
- Photos will display in the chosen order on your property website and in the slideshow tour
Photo Options
- Add captions to describe specific features
- Rotate images if they appear in the wrong orientation
- Delete unwanted photos
Best Practices
- Upload high-resolution, professionally taken photos
- Include a variety of shots showing both interior and exterior views
- Use landscape orientation for most photos (horizontal rather than vertical)
- Take photos during daylight hours with good lighting
- Clear clutter from rooms before photographing
- Include photos of special features and amenities
- Add descriptive captions to highlight key selling points
Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues when uploading photos:
- Ensure your images meet the recommended size specifications
- Check that you're using supported file formats
- Try reducing file sizes if they exceed 10MB
- Make sure you have a stable internet connection
- Rename files to remove any special characters, spaces, punctuation, etc. Short alphanumeric file names work best. i.e. photo_01.jpg, etc.
- Clear your browser cache and try again
