Can I change the address on a property website after it's created?
Yes. If the website is on a monthly subscription plan there is no time limit at all, and you can edit the address of any property website whenever you like.
If the website was launched with a pre-paid website credit, you can change the address for the first 30 days after the credit is applied to that website. After 30 days the fields on the Address screen are locked. Each credit pays for one property, and the limit is what stops a single credit being moved from listing to listing indefinitely. If you later extend the website by applying another credit to it, a new 30 day window starts from that date.
Need a change after the 30 days are up? Just contact support and tell us the property and the new address. Reasonable requests, such as a seller withdrawing or a listing that never went to market, are usually approved.
Your web address does not change with it. If your site is at cribflyer.com/123-main-street and you change the property address, the URL stays as it is until you update it yourself on the Default URL screen. Changing the URL breaks any links you have already shared or printed, so do it before you start marketing the new address.
