Unfortunatey not. If you cancel your subscription and close your CRIBFLYER account then all property, agent and team data is permanently deleted. However, there are a few ways to stop or reduce billing without losing your data.
- Pause your account (keeps everything, no billing during the pause period)
Pausing stops all charges for 30 or 60 days and preserves your properties, photos, agents, teams and other settings. When the pause perios ends, billing restarts automatically. Make a note in your calendar to contact us before the pause period ends if you need more time and we may be able to extend it for you.
- Keep your account open at the lowest cost monthlyl plan and disable/archive your sites.
Set each property to Disabled / Archived to preserve all content without it counting toward your active site limit . Then, if needed, downgrade to the smallest plan (1 property) which is the minimum to keep an account open.
- Consider switching your account to Pre‑Pay billing where you buy credits to pre-pay up-front for single property websites.
If you only need sites live occasionally this billing mode can save you money. We don't currently have a self-service way to switch billing modes but you can ask our support team to do this for you.
