After selling a property you can disable or delete a site to make room for another under your plan. The number of property sites you can have live and online at any given time just depends on your subscription tier level.
Or you can buy credits to pre-pay up-front for single property websites. With this type of account there is NO auto-bill. Each website credit lets you create one property website that stays online for 1-year. You can buy additional credits anytime to launch more sites or to extend existing sites for another year. The 1-year term for website credits begins when the credit is used (not when it's purchased). Credits are not transferable between properties. Credits cover hosting only. Domain names are sold separately.
