View Settings for Property Websites

You can choose from 4 different View Settings for a property website.

  1. Live to All
  2. Lead Capture
  3. Access Password
  4. Disabled/Archived

To change the view setting for a property website:

Select the property in your CRIBFLYER admin panel and navigate to its View Settings screen.

The default setting is Live to All and allows anyone on the internet to view your property website if they know the URL.

If the Live with Lead Capture setting is used visitors must enter their name and contact info before they can view the website. Their contact info is automatically saved in the Leads section of your CRIBFLYER admin panel. Leads are instantly sent to the agent(s) assigned to the property by text message and email.

The Live with Access Password setting lets you specify a password that visitors must enter before they can view the website.

You can control who views the site by only giving the access password to a select group of approved buyers, etc.

The access password you set for the property must be different from your CRIBFLYER admin account password.

You can use the Hidden from Public View setting to temporarily take the website offline. For example, while your creating or updating the site.

The Disabled/Archived setting takes the website offline completely so the URL no longer works but keeps the property data and photos in your CRIBFLYER admin panel.

Use this setting if you think you might need the website and it's data/photos again in the future but would like to take it down for now.

You can also use this setting if you have a monthly subscription and want to free up room for additional sites under your current plan. For example, if your subscription plan tier only allows up to 5 websites and you already have 5, you can set one or more of them to disabled/archived to make room for more. Disabled sites don't count toward the total allowed under your plan.

You can also permanently Delete a website and all its data. However, the delete function is on a different screen in your admin panel. See the screenshot below for reference.
