Condo Association Information:
The Condominium Covenants are being developed now. I can answer specific questions, but in general the "rules" will be the least restrictive possible, while making every attempt to preserve all owners' quiet enjoyment. The complex will allow rentals, with a seven day minimum rental period. Dogs are allowed. All units will have one vote on the board.
Tentatively, the fees will be $800 per month, which will cover all insurances except contents. All amenities will be covered, as well as landscaping, water for the entire building, and pest control, with a small reserve. No fees can be exactly determined or locked in until the building is completed, so these fees are approximate based on quotes.
