I am a 2nd generation native Floridian born and raised in Boynton Beach, Florida. I relocated to Saint Petersburg in 2005 and fell in love with Pinellas County. I currently live in Seminole with my wonderful husband, daughter, and son. This is area is amazing in so many ways. We have night life, culture, breathtaking beaches and a laid back old Florida vibe that I adore.
I started selling real Estate in Fort Lauderdale in 2002 and found my passion. I get an amazing amount of satisfaction in helping people Sell and Buy property and I work very hard to make the process stress and hassle free for my clients. In 2007 I started my first Real Estate Brokerage focusing primarily on listing and selling Foreclosure and Short sale properties in Pinellas and Hillsborough Counties. In 2010 I joined Century 21 and truly advanced my professional education & market knowledge, refining my listing and sales skills while targeting the condo and waterfront markets on the Pinellas County Beaches.
In 2017 I decided to go into business for myself again and started Asset Management Real Estate, A full service Real Estate Brokerage and Property Management company. My husband Shane is a licensed General Contractor and Home Inspector and we have been buying, selling and renting properties together for several years. In September 2018, Darcie was the listing agent for the home that Kim, my wife, and I had our hearts set on.
