Before becoming a full-time, independent real estate broker, I worked as a teacher, in the tech field, and as a corporate trainer. Canyon Lake, conveniently located between Austin and San Antonio and near New Braunfels is the Water Recreation Capital of Texas. And Rightfully so! Fed by the Guadalupe river, and surrounded by hills, what more could you ask for? I've lived and served the area for nearly 25 years and I can't think of an place I'd rather be.

Not to be confused with Spring Branch ISD near Houston, Spring Branch is an unincorporated community in northern Comal County. US Hwy 281 runs through it so there is direct access to both San Antonio, Blanco and the rest of the Hill Country.
