I consult on renovations, determining where those renovation dollars will stretch the most.

Buyers: I help potential buyers identify problems within a property prior to going under contract, saving them time and money. I put my lending knowledge to use by matching my clients up with the best programs and lender pool for their specific needs. I identify potential issues with land purchases - including grading, easement, access issues, zoning, etc. I guide my buyers by determining a value that will win without overpaying. I monitor new builds, making sure you are getting what you pay for. I walk potential lots with my clients to determine the best lot for their needs, pointing out any upcoming issues with those lots.
