  Michael did an excellent job from start to finish. He really understood what we were looking for (a home with character) and was instrumental in helping us find it. Michael was responsive and flexible in responding our requests for detailed information (including narrated video s) as we where evaluating multiple properties long distance. He is very knowledgeable on the local real estate and construction market and helped us find a place that met our expectations and within our expressed budget. Colleen was extremely helpful when it came time to review and approve closing documents. Cristin is an incredible asset to Michael and Colleen by providing additional support at critical moments and facilitating communication.
