When I moved to the Charlotte area in early 2014, I decided to pursue the career of my dreams and became a REALTOR®. In Brazil, I was the financial manager of a construction company that worked for giants like Volvo, Nissan, and Bosch. As a parallel hobby and already demonstrating my passion, I invested in real estate, including house flipping—a method that involves buying undervalued properties, renovating them, and selling them.

My background in finance makes me an expert in one of the most important factors in purchasing, as buying a house is probably the biggest investment someone will make in ones life.
