Notes: Possibly asbestos-wrapped pipes in the unfinished basement, and the finished living space were both in the home prior to the purchase by the current owners and no credit will be given for either item. The sellers believe the fireplace and chimney to be in good condition and had it cleaned professionally in 2021, but given its age, no credit will be given as it is not a primary heat source to the home.
