Simply put: Adam has integrity. He makes sure that his clients are well-informed before they make a decision, and that they are comfortable with the process of buying or selling a home. He has the knowledge and expertise that only an experienced, full-time Realtor can provide. I'd recommend him to anyone considering buying or selling a home in Toronto.

We worked with Adam on the purchase of our home, and then on its sale three years later, and could not have had a better experience. We truly felt that Adam was working in our best interests at all times. His communication is what sets him apart from other realtors - he is always available to chat, extremely quick to reply to emails, and proactive in every instance to ensure all questions are answered, and concerns are resolved. Buying and selling a home can be a stressful experience, however, having Adam at the helm put us at ease at all times. Adam's team and suppliers should also be noted here - from his office admins, to his stagers, movers, and legal contacts - all were top notch. It's clear that he only works with the best, which reflects on and showcases his commitment to customer service and overall experience in the Toronto market. I couldn't imagine working with another realtor after the experiences I've had with Adam.

Adam is a skilled, experienced and thoughtful realtor who really knows the city and goes above and beyond to learn about his clients' unique preferences and values. He found us a great deal on an amazing Toronto home in this sellers' market. We couldn't recommend him enough.

Adam Brown - top notch agent, and an even better person. Highly recommended. Love working with him!

Adam was a consummate professional, and a pleasure to work with, as we searched for our first home within the city of Toronto. He was very familiar with the neighborhoods we were most interested in and was able to provide us with comparable sales data as well as information about nearby schools, amenities and public transportation networks. He regularly checked in for feedback on how he was relaying information, which allowed us to narrow our search as we became more comfortable with micro-markets within the city. Adam also highlighted potential problem areas within different homes we viewed, noting where electrical work might have been dated or when a homebuilder used a lower-quality product, for example. Never one to overwhelm during the close, Adam walked us through each step of putting down an offer, recommended a lawyer to help with the final paperwork and ensured we settled in once we obtained the key.
