Kristin is the Executive Director and Broker in charge of the Mountain Dream Team. She specializes in luxury estate ranches and representing high profile buyers.
She markets, trains, and closely works with other independent Broker/Owners throughout the mountains of Colorado, with the purpose of connecting clients to the best agent in the area.

Kristin first blended her love of mountain ski country and sales in middle school while selling coupon books to raise money to go on a ski trip-to Breckenridge and Keystone, Colorado, and she has skied in Summit County every year since 1990. In fact, Kristin recently celebrated a full 10 years of living in Colorado.
It was in 2007 that Kristin left her home state of Texas and moved to Colorado for the outdoor lifestyle of the mountains and for real estate investment opportunities, and it did not take long for her to marry both her enthusiasm for investing and passion for helping other people into a five-star real estate experience as a Realtor®. Who knew that selling coupon books for a school ski trip to Colorado would lead her to the very place she now calls home — Summit County.
Even after more than a decade of living in high country Colorado, Kristin considers it a blessing to be able wake up each morning in one of the most beautiful places in the United States and help others build their dream life in the mountains. She understands most, if not all, of the ins and outs of creating a home in the mountains, and graciously shares everything she knows with her clients.
Kristin considers herself a lifelong learner, and takes a great deal of joy in both teaching and learning. As a graduate from The University of Texas at Austin, Kristin earned her Bachelor’s Degree in English, with minors in Spanish and Business. After college, she worked as a bilingual elementary school teacher after college in Houston, where she was born and raised.
Kristin still loves to teach, and satisfies that love by volunteering for an organization that teaches children to read in the Dominican Republic, teaching English to adult learners, and instructing professional classes for Realtors®. She believes that through both taking and teaching classes, Kristin can continue to provide excellence to both buyers and sellers. As an avid angler, Kristin can be found appreciating the beauty and quiet of the rivers as she hones her fly-fishing skills. However, most days Kristin can be found exploring one of the many hiking trails with her dog Ruby.
