Mindy began her career in real estate in 2004. With the support of her husband Tom and her family, Mindy built a thriving business based on trust, care, service and strong client relationships. Never allowing quantity to supersede quality of service, Mindy has very carefully grown the business, being ever mindful to keep client’s needs as her top priority. With demand rapidly increasing, Mindy sought to add a like-minded broker to the team. Thus, her husband Tom, a successful contractor and business owner, took a leap of faith to become a real estate broker and join Mindy. Tom, having watched Mindy work with clients for over a decade and sharing the same core values of trust, service, loyalty and quality, in addition to his vast knowledge of construction, was the perfect fit. With the foundation in place, Mindy began to explore ways to increase value and service for her clients, while expanding marketing reach to gain even greater exposure and success for them. In 2016, Audrey and her husband began a successful construction business, which ignited her passion for the housing industry and inspired her to pursue a career in real estate.
In 2021, Audrey began working as a real estate broker for John L Scott. During this time, she simultaneously worked as the firm's listing coordinator with the goal of immersing herself in the industry and diversifying her skills as a real estate professional.
