"When I engaged Ian my home was in the middle of being remodeled and prepared for sale. The remodel was extensive, and there were MANY decisions to make regarding which improvements would actually increase the value of the home, and which ones would not really make a difference. The remodel was costly, and the budget was limited. It was extremely important for me to be sure that every dollar I spent would result in a good return. I would never have been able to sort through all that without Ian's unflagging expert help. "After several disappointments with other real estate agents my wife and I contacted Ian Chandler at "Coldwell Banker s Real Estate". Ian inspected our 33 acre property, home and detached garage and suggested taking a video of the property to show the great views and potential. None of the other companies suggested this and I am convinced that this played a major role in getting our information out there.
