Terrific new-construction home built by the skilled-trades students of Perry Technical Institute. Every detail of this home was reviewed, checked, and checked again by instructors before it ever came to market. The result is craftsmanship you can see, and quality you'll feel for years. This is a high-efficiency home from the studs out. Walls are wrapped in ZIP System sheathing and sealed with spray foam insulation for a tight, quiet, energy-smart envelope. Comfort comes from an electric heat pump with a Midea forced-air system, and hot water tank from a state-of-the-art Rinnai heat pump water heater -- one of the most efficient ways to heat water available today. Lower utility bills, built right in. Inside, the open-concept layout is approachable and easy to live in, with windows everywhere filling the home with natural light. The kitchen is the heart of it all: quartz counters, a large center island, tile backsplash, and soft-close cabinetry. A formal dining room gives you space for holidays and Sunday dinners. LVP flooring, carpet in the bedrooms, can lighting, ceiling fans, and a beautiful trim package finish it off. The primary suite features a double vanity, walk-in shower, and walk-in closet. Two additional bedrooms share a full bath, and the oversized utility room makes laundry day a little less of a chore. Above the 2-car garage, a bonus room with its own mini-split heating and cooling is ready to be your office, gym, studio, or guest retreat. Outside, enjoy a covered patio with a gas line plumbed for your BBQ, a fully fenced vinyl yard with two gates plus a double RV gate, concrete edging, and underground sprinklers on a 0.19-acre lot.
