Tara is a Niwot Native, born and raised in Niwot. She is a graduate of Niwot High School, Purdue University for her undergrad in business and The University of Colorado at Denver for her Masters in Marketing. Tara has been in real estate pretty much her whole life being the daughter of Pat Murphy. She received her license in 2003. Tara knows many areas including the Denver Metro area and enjoys finding the right home for her clients wherever that may be. She has done "Fix and Flips" successfully with multiple homes in the area, which has given her extra knowledge in all different areas of Real Estate. Tara also enjoys continuing to learn all the new ways to market real estate, whether that is with video tours, 360 tours, etc.
I have know Tara for more than a dozen years and have used her to successfully purchase and sell homes in Longmont and Niwot. She has that extra special honesty and humor when needed most and is always there. She has always been open to my out of the box questions and suggestions and I feel fortunate to have worked with her and continue to see her as a friend and business associate. Tara was excellent throughout the process of house hunting and buying our new home. We had moved to the area from another state and her knowledge of the Boulder county and Denver area was very thorough and helpful. She was excellent at answering questions, either on the spot or after further research. She went above and beyond in helping us find a home that we were thrilled with.
