Sharon went above and beyond what most people would expect from a realtor. She is a bundle of energy. She never acted like anything was too much to ask of her or her assistant. I was living a distance away from the property that was being sold and she and her assistant kept a close eye on the property, let inspectors and repair people in to do things so that I didn't have to keep running back and forth. She made constructive suggestions about colors and furniture placement and has a list of people who will get the work done quickly and reasonably if you choose to make the changes. She's been in the business long enough to recognize trends and has all kinds of strategies and ideas about when and how to put a property on the market. This is not a person who is working part-time.
