Jonelle has been helping people meet their real estate goals for over 17 years. After nine years as a top performer with large real estate corporations she created her own brokerage: Tucker Group Real Estate. To be successful, she believes in mutually beneficial outcomes, meaning each party achieves what they need most from the transaction.

In addition to earning her Employing Broker License and 100s of continuing education units, Jonelle’s background includes a Master’s degree from North Carolina State University and a diverse work history including project management, teaching and research at the Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado (CU) Boulder, District Parks and Recreation Coordinator in Sarasota , FL, and flight instructor in Boulder, CO. An avid volunteer and believer in giving back, her contributions include serving with Team Rubicon for disaster relief, mentoring teens through the Lyons Lions LEO Club, serving as general contractor for the Lyons Elementary School playground renovation, reviving and coordinating the Lyons 9Health Fair, initiating a Women’s support network, serving as a Naturalist for Boulder County, and teaching and guiding mountain biking. She and her husband regularly contribute to local charities including but not limited to Salvation Army, Lyons Community Foundation, Lyons Emergency Assistance Fund, Team Rubicon, Lyons Community Church, and Lyons Lions Club.

​Jonelle has lived in Boulder County since 1989 with her husband and two (now adult!) children. She enjoys being outdoors, and taking in the natural beauty of Colorado while camping, hiking, and mountain biking. She also enjoys attending art and music festivals, exploring roads less traveled, and sharing her knowledge of the area with others. Jonelle tries to live by the motto: live simply, tread lightly, and give back.

Kari has built a successful 13-year career in the real estate industry, starting as a Marketing Coordinator before expanding her expertise to Transaction Management. Her dedication to mastering every aspect of the business led her to obtain her real estate license, allowing her to provide comprehensive service with a deep understanding of marketing, transactions, and client needs. In addition to her real estate industry experience, Kari’s academic and work experience reflect her commitment to helping others. She holds a BA in Psychology and MA in Counseling. This educational background has equipped her with invaluable skills to assist clients in aligning their life aspirations with their real estate objectives.

Kari has a rich history of community involvement, having dedicated her time and expertise to Lyons’ schools and the Lyons Community Foundation. Before joining TGRE, her professional journey included roles such as Teen Recreation Coordinator, Teaching Assistant in Alternative and Special Education settings, Academic Advisor for Student Athletes, and Academic Support Coordinator at CU Boulder.

Kari’s deep roots in Lyons date back to 1993. She and her husband John raised four children, all of whom attended Lyons’ schools. Beyond her professional and academic pursuits, Kari shares a family passion for volleyball, and enjoys hiking the Colorado foothills and mountains.
