Mindy Hibbard: Managing Broker

Mindy began her career in real estate in 2004. With the support of her husband Tom and her family, Mindy built a thriving business based on trust, care, service and strong client relationships. Never allowing quantity to supersede quality of service, Mindy has very carefully grown the business, being ever mindful to keep client’s needs as her top priority. With demand rapidly increasing, Mindy sought to add a like-minded broker to the team. Thus, her husband Tom, a successful contractor and business owner, took a leap of faith to become a real estate broker and join Mindy. Tom, having watched Mindy work with clients for over a decade and sharing the same core values of trust, service, loyalty and quality, in addition to his vast knowledge of construction, was the perfect fit. With the foundation in place, Mindy began to explore ways to increase value and service for her clients, while expanding marketing reach to gain even greater exposure and success for them. It was obvious to Mindy that the next step was social media and digital marketing, and branding veteran Lisa joined the team and dove right in.  Mindy continues to grow and expand while focusing on providing the same high-level of personalized service to every client she serves.

Meet Tom

Tom Hibbard has been serving residential clients since 1997; first as a general contractor specializing in residential remodels, and since 2017 as a full-time real estate broker. His 30+ years in the construction industry give him extensive knowledge of home construction; allowing him to effectively answer questions and educate clients. When working with buyers, Tom enjoys learning about their needs and desires, then researching, discovering and connecting them with their new home. Buyers benefit from his construction experience through his ability to educate, problem solve and help alleviate the overwhelming feeling of potential repairs and updates. Sellers working with Tom will not only have the advantage of proven and effective systems to market their home, they also receive seasoned advice and recommendations for prioritizing needed repairs so they can be market ready day one and achieve their home sale goals. When clients choose to partner with Tom, they are getting someone who consistently implements thorough communication, follow through, attention to detail, and who believes in good old-fashioned hard work. Tom gives back to the community by contributing to Children's Hospital on each transaction, and actively supporting local food drives. Tom’s passions outside of work include being happily married to his wife of 28 years, his family, fitness and sporting events.
