I don't even know where to being with all the good things I could say about Shea. She worked with us and our difficult schedules (I work nights and my fiancé works days) to get us in a showing of houses we were interested in so quickly. She created a personalized search report for us based off of our desires. She spent a whole afternoon going from house to house with us. Once we found a house, we ended up in a bad situation with a bad lender while already being under contract. She was able to assist us through this without our contract falling through! I don't know where to begin this review, working with Shea is an absolute dream from beginning to end. We first worked with her when we sold our house a few years ago. From our very first meeting, we really appreciated how thorough Shea was with presenting estimates for selling our house and providing comparisons to similar houses on the market in our neighborhood. She was so great with not being pushy and forcing us to make decisions. Instead, she always presented the facts neutrally and with pros and cons of each decision. What really stuck out to us, was Shea's level of communication. We were out of the country for 90% of the selling process beginning with the open houses. Shea always kept us updated, and went above and beyond to have conversations to explain things to us, despite the crazy time differences. We always felt like she had our best interest in mind.

Shea advocated for us every step of the way. I called her our Pitbull because of some shady ethics the builder we bought from were doing.Basically the builder threatened to keep our escrow if we didn’t pay the $14,000 difference in appraisal. They refused to sign VA documents that were required for our loan.Since she has great resources and is very knowledgeable. She helped us with the sales manager and his bullying ways. Ultimately the builder paid the entire $14k appraisal difference. She had great advice about upgrades too.We picked her out of slew of realtor options from family, friends, past realtors we worked with, recommendations from family and friends. We were impressed with her first open house we had the pleasure of stumbling upon. We also knew her from personal encounters as well.
