I can't say enough wonderful things about Thomas. We had 2 houses to sell, one in the $550,000.00 range, and one in the $335,000.00 range. We feel so fortunate that we found Thomas and his team to help us sell the houses as quickly as possible. He came in and told us what we needed to do to sell the house as far as staging, and helped us to get the houses ready to sell. We sold the big house within a week for a little more than we were asking. I attribute this to Thomas's extensive marketing efforts. Then the sales process was easier by making the inevitable issues during the sales process go easier. He easily facilitated agreement between us and the buyers to keep everyone happy. Then with the second house he helped us sell it in less than a week for cash with a 2 week escrow and a two month rent-back. Exactly what we were looking for. I could not have imagined having a better representative than Thomas Paulauskas! His group represented us in the sale of our home. From the beginning, we were impressed by his professional presentation, his can-do attitude, his enthusiasm for his work, and his friendly demeanor.
