Enter this property through a newly sealed blacktop driveway capable of accommodating 10 plus cars while maintaining a sense of privacy on a 1.24 acres. Property, surrounded by tall evergreens and trees on all sided. AS you approach the back of the drive you will be facing two approximately 20’ X 20’ garages, new custom insulated black garage doors, for an informal entrance to the house as you are now out of the elements and can take your time loading and unloading the car to the finished breezeway which connects the house easily to and from your car while being out of the elements. One more door and you are now in the granite and shaker style kitchen facing your Professional six burner Viking stove. The kitchen is very bright with corner windows and lots of light. There is a new waterfall faucet in the double tub stainless sink. Around one corner is a pantry where you could hide all of those cooking and food prep appliances while showing off the gorgeous granite slabs. One of the kitchen exits leads you to the dining room and another one passes a half bath for company and convenience and also where you will find the new vanity with a company worthy wash sink where you could wash a small child or pet. Now for the main entrance. Approaching the front door are gardens which have to make you feel good with their mature beauty as you get closer. Welcome! No more smell of oil or running out of gas on cold days. There is also a new hot water. Finally, there is an attic with the same footprint as the original house perfect for storage.
