While at Merrill Lynch, Ian generated over $186,000 in revenue through hosting seminars and cold calling placing him within the top quarter of the firm. Deciding to change gears and go into the family business, real estate, Ian returned to his alma mater. After earning his MBA, he joined Smith Associates as a New Home Sales Associate for several high-rise developments on the Gulf Coast. He thrived - earning sales in excess of $20 million per year for an impressive four consecutive years. His undergraduate and MBA level coursework has unequivocally enhanced his ability to successfully achieve prominence in the industry.Like his mother, Ian caught the attention of Michael Saunders who saw an opportunity to join forces in marketing and selling Bleu Claire, an elegant beachfront condominium community located on Longboat Key. Now part of the Addy & Wittig Team, Ian’s analytical strength and customer service focus is an immeasurable part of the team’s overall success.
