As a Hong Kong native, Tracy Tsoi found a passion for Real Estate at a young age. In 1996 she traveled to Canada where she attended a boarding school. She then migrated to the United States to be with her family during her High School years. Tracy soon attended college at UC Irvine and had the chance to study abroad in Tokyo Waseda for two semesters. She then graduated with a degree in International Business.

In 2008, she moved to the city of Pasadena in the San Gabriel Valley and fell in love with the area and community. This made her passion for real estate grow further. With all this passion, Tracy made her first investments at the young age of 28. Tracy immediately wanted to share the love she had for her city with other families. Therefore, she decided to get her license to become a realtor. Tracy also uses her experience in investing to help others down the right path to investing in valuable assets.

With great knowledge, Tracy also branched out into the Inland Empire and has sold over 150 homes (in both areas), all in various forms: single family, turn-key, fix and flips, luxury homes, condominiums, duplex/fourplex, apartments, development land, and/or distressed homeowner sales.

Tracy’s passion for Real Estate gave her opportunities to invest while maintaining her creative aspirations. She learned from an early age what it was to have a strong work ethic, high morals, and core values. With Tracy, there is no limit. She continues to expand her education and knowledge and help families make the best choice for their new life.
