Melody is a Vice President with TTR Sotheby’s International Realty. She is licensed in Virginia and Washington, DC and a founding Partner of the award-winning team, The Seward Group.

Born and raised in Delaware, Melody is a business graduate of University of Delaware and has called Arlington, Virginia “home” since 1995. Nextel, MCI, Network Solutions/VeriSign and The Bicycle Exchange/BIKES USA are all on her resume; however, her most rewarding pre-real estate career success is the mobile yoga company she founded in 2006 (abellaYoga.com). 

Melody’s enthusiasm for helping people live their best life drives what she does daily as a trusted real estate advisor. When not working she practices yoga, meditates, runs and visits museums and bookstores. She also teaches one yoga class a week – aka BeerYoga - at Port City Brewing. A personal goal for 2023 is to get back on both of her bikes – road and mountain!
