Elk Ridge is an association of 41 homes located in the beautiful Estes Park valley adjoining Rocky Mountain National Park, in the town of Estes Park, Colorado. Elk Ridge is governed internally by its own Board of Directors and all owners have voting rights in the management of the association.
Elk Ridge was built in 1997. The landscaping has matured and we are now able to enjoy the beauty of the spruce and aspen trees that are spread throughout the development.
If it's a privilege to live in Colorado, then it’s an added privilege to live here in Elk Ridge. It truly is one of the most beautiful places anywhere.
