My name is Claudia Ogrizek. I was raised in a family with civil engineers on my father's side and salespeople on my mother's side. When I moved to the Charlotte area in early 2014, I decided to pursue the career of my dreams and became a REALTOR®. In Brazil, I was the financial manager of a construction company that worked for giants like Volvo, Nissan, and Bosch. As a parallel hobby and already demonstrating my passion, I invested in real estate, including house flipping—a method that involves buying undervalued properties, renovating them, and selling them.

My background in finance makes me an expert in one of the most important factors in purchasing, as buying a house is probably the biggest investment someone will make in ones life. Whether assisting a first-time buyer, a growing family, people downsizing, relocating, or investing, I make it a point to listen to what my clients need and want. Furthermore, I work hard not only to help them find the ideal home but also to make the entire process as easy as possible.
