Tara is a Niwot Native, born and raised in Niwot. She is a graduate of Niwot High School, Purdue University for her undergrad in business and The University of Colorado at Denver for her Masters in Marketing. Tara has been in real estate pretty much her whole life being the daughter of Pat Murphy. She received her license in 2003. Tara knows many areas including the Denver Metro area and enjoys finding the right home for her clients wherever that may be. She has done "Fix and Flips" successfully with multiple homes in the area, which has given her extra knowledge in all different areas of Real Estate. I moved to the Boulder Area over 30 years when my husband got a new job with Ball Areospace.
When I arrived in Colorado from Dallas with two kids in tow I wasn't sure about Colorado. Everyone wore these puffy jackets and looked like the Michilan Man, forward 30 years and you will see me wearing those jacket now!
I've raised three childern in Niwot and grew my business in the area that I now love and could never leave. I am very active in the Niwot community and host the annual Niwot Easter Egg Hunt which I started when my last daughter was just a 1 year old.
I thive on finding the perfect home for my buyers and getting the best price for my sellers. And when the deal is completed, I will stick around to help my buyers or sellers with any needs they need after the deal is done.
